I'm having some problems using this PIC16LF24J11.
I'm wondering routines for the internal clock.
Can someone help me.

Use the forum's search page. There are articles in the forum archives
(some of them by me) which show how to do this.

Put this in the search box:

18F*J11 RTC*

Make sure you select the option for:
Quote:
x Search for all terms

Then click the Search button and you will find all threads on using the
RTC in the J11 series of PICs.
