Project Wizard

There used to be a Project Wizard in the IDE, but I'm not finding it. Has it been removed or am I just not looking in the right place?
I have PCWHD v5.019.

The separate 'button', that used to be in the IDE, vanished, with V5 I think.
I was hoping maybe the Wizard would as well!..
However it is still there, as dyeatman says.

Key is that the Wizard is very dangerous. It does not do any form of checking the what it generates makes sense, and at best generates quite a bit of wasted code, while at worst generates things that are simply 'wrong'.

Use with care....
