Some of the facts you've missed....

1)as Mike says this is NOT an Isis/proteus forum

2) you've got WORKING hardware/software, continue using REAL devices!

3) Proteus is a very,very poor 'simulator' NOT worth the ANY amount of money. It doe NOT correctlt 'simulate' any PIC properly.

4) Your 'schematic' has at least 10 errors that I quickly found, there's probably more, but those alone mean it'll NOT work.

5)Unless your code is very small, you can run ot of codespace on the 4550 as the USB 'drivers' take up about 1/3 of memory.
