The PC can't detect PIC18f4550

I installed the INF file. Windows 7 64 bits, I load the bootloader ex usb drivers coming in CCS Compiler, USB cable to connect the microcontroller to the computer does not recognize dipositive Crying or Very sad

You need to start at the beginning:

1) Have you verified the PIC _is_ running, and running at the correct speed?.
2) Have you got the connections to the USB bus the right way round? (surprisingly common to get these reversed).
3) Have you got the connections so that the PIC can detect Vbus (pin B2)?.
4) Is Vusb giving the right voltage?.
5) Is pin A4 low?.
