PCH Compiler v4.062 with MPLAB X v1.95

I'm trying to get this to work without much luck so I have two questions :-

1) Will the above combination of Compiler & MPLAB actually work ?

2) Is there some way I can install the plugin off-line ? The network at work seems to be blocking the plugin installation. I've tried downloading and installing the Plugin from the CCS website but I still can't see the CCS Compiler as a toolchain option.
