dsPIC33EP512GP804 Programming PGED/C pins issues

ok, i am trying to use the chip dsPIC33EP512GP804


everything compiles ok, a basic LED flashing 2hz/

however, when I'm ready, I'm using mplab x IPE to upload code, it DOES upload on PGED/C channel 2, but channel 1 and 3 doesn't work.

i get an error
Target detected
Target Device ID (0x21e0000) does not match expected Device ID (0x187d0000).

but a perfect upload on PGED/C 2

I am using Compiler 4.130, Pic Kit 3 and using MPLAB IPE v2.15
