ds30 Bootloader and CCS

Once again a new question from me!

I was trying the ds30 bootloader and so far I managed to successfully load a few hex files with it using serial port and not my ICD2! It seems that I can load files with the ds30 GUI only when I first write the bootloader at the PIC16F877A. After that it is not working...

After reading the bootloader manual I can see that I have to place at address 0x00 (green arrow at the picture below) a goto statement. How I can do that? I am using MpLab...
