TCP/IP v:3.75 stack - PCH v:4.139 issue

Hi guys,

I know this matter is not easy to figure out but here's the problem.

I have a working project with TCP/IP v:3.75 stack, when compiled under CCS PCH up to 4.138 it works perfectly fine.
But under 4.139, the firmware does not hang but i cannot even ping the board.

I was wondering if someone experienced such an issue.
