Hi! sorry about the bad english Embarassed !
The pic I'm using is 10F200.
How would I know the voltage levels that the PIC considers as logic '1' and logic '0' ?
I want to know above what voltage, applied on the controller input is consider as an "high" and the opposite, below what voltage is considered as "low"? I have read the datasheet but without any success.
I hope you uderstand my issue!

It is in the datasheet. Look at Vil and Vih on page 69. Note they are dependant on Vdd. I say that as a very common problem is when trying to use 5V PICs with 3.3V peripherals, such as SPI and I2C devices. This though is just basic electronics engineering: the sort of thing an engineer looks at first, or else knows through experience.
