I doubt if one would exist.
It's a bit like asking "looking for a book about the steering wheel in a Ford Orion". I doubt if anybody would write such a thing. They would write manuals about the car itself, and possibly even write a book about steering in general, but nobody is going to write a book describing this round thing, stuck on the end of metal shaft, as a specific volume...
There is nothing fundamentally 'special' about RS232 in CCS. The basic I/O, is standard C. The only 'special' feature is the single 'setup' line (#USE RS232), which is described in the manual, while the electrical interface is general electronics.
