t6963c port change help |

Hi, I use t6963 and pic18f67k22. My control pins are port F (F1 cd, F2 rd, F3 wr, F4 rst). Data pins are Port D and I don't changed pins configuration but I don't run it. How can do it?
Driver is here but don't work.
