SDcard : A.txt visible only if I create a directory after

I'm trying to save my data in a sdcard with a fat32.... and my project is in progress.

I can create file/directory but.....

1. Create directory... no problem
2. Create just a file >> anything when i plug the card after in my pc
3. Create a file and just after create a directory...>> Ok for two.

Do you have an idea ??
