Hi! I'm an amateur in programing at CCS. Can anyone explain me in details, what the function return does and when we use it?
Thank you beforehand!

Nothing to do with CCS....
Get a basic C primer, read this, and ask again if you still don't understand.
There are C primers 'online', as well as details of this statement.
Try a Google search on 'C return function', and the first entry is the Microsoft C manual for this, while the second is a Wikipedia enrty.

Best Wishes

Thank you! This answer satisfied me. My question was specifically about CCS compiler.
