Direct drive a stepper motor using ECCP
PostPosted: Mon Dec 12, 2011 1:17 pm     Reply with quote

Hi,
I have a small bipolar stepper motor that draws only 20mA on each coil using 5V. I already drive it using 4 pins and software pwm on each pin to microstep it. I donĀ“t understand how the ECCP module works... can i drive this motor directly using ECCP P1A-P1D hardware PWM ? how ?
thanks.
