Bacnet protocol
PostPosted: Tue Dec 06, 2011 1:15 am     Reply with quote

Hello,
I want to use PIC18F25k20 for interfacing a temperature sensor (which is read from an analog channel) for BACNET protocol (instead of Modbus protocol).
Could someone give me an idea or example how to use this protocol?

Well...googling 'bacnet protocol' came back with almost 1 Million hits. I don't have time, but perhaps you can narrow down the choices by specifying PIC microcontroller as well...

It seems it's a really 'top heavy' bloatware 'system' for Building Automation and Control. Unlike the system I developed 20+ years ago that was 'hackerproof', BACnet is full of 'holes'...sigh...

Make Google your friend, spend a day, what you want is probably 'out in the net'.
