DSP Analog Kit, #fuses nocoe problem |

I've just bought the DSP Analog development kit.
However when I try to compile any of the example files with the line
#fuses hs,nowdt,nocoe,pr_pll
included, the compiler will not let me use the nocoe option.
just to add insult to injury, when I try to use the view valid fuses option in the IDE - the drop down window is not of sufficient width for me to be able to pick the right device - and you can't resise the any of the table columns to see the valid fuse options anyway!
Can anyone offer me any insight into what the nocoe option is, what the correct syntax is, and whether it's needed?
I hate to say it, but it's yet another development kit from ccs that doesn't work first time (this one didn't include any example code either - it needed emailing!)
Thanks
