Wake up
PostPosted: Fri Dec 30, 2011 3:24 am     Reply with quote

Hello! I'm a amateur in writing CCS codes, but I try to advance.
Can anyone tell me in details, how could I put to sleep the PIC and then wake up the one? I would be thankful, if you give me any simple example code.
I hope that you understand me Surprised .
Excuse my poor english!
Thanx again!

CCS supply a sample program that demonstrates one way of doing this, look for EX_WAKEUP.C

What method are you hoping to use to wakeup?

I have no any examples whit that name, or similar.
I would like to wake up the pic via input_statement_change. No matter which one. So I could affect it whit external switch, button or else.
thx! Smile

CCS puts all their example programs in the 'examples' folder.

If you press F11 while your project is open, the onscreen help menu opens. Look in the FAQ section to see about using Port B pins 7..4.

One of the reasons buying CCS is the ton of working examples they supply!
