PostPosted: Mon Dec 27, 2010 11:44 am     Reply with quote

Hello,

Is it posible the SPI and I2C to use in one Project?
I would like use a 18F4620 with an DS1307 RTC and a mmc card on SPI.
Or know anybody a simple programming SPI RTC? Whats the better way?

Best regards

Yes, you can do it easily. Use the hardware SPI pins for the MMC card.
Use two other free i/o pins (with software i2c) for the ds1307.
