I want to use Eval-AD7746 to measure 48 capacitances through switching
of electrodes (11 msec for each electrode pair). I want to detect the end of each 11 msec period (After receiving the data by AD7746) to make a signal for switching electrodes and going to next pairs.
Is it possible with connecting logic gates or shift registers to SDA and SCL terminals?
I don't know when I hit the start icon on pc to capture the capacitance, in which order the AD7746 sends the data to pc.

You are referring to a board from Analog Devices and the PC software
required to run it.
http://www.analog.com/static/imported-files/eval_boards/252730993EVAL_AD7746EB_0.pdf
This board does not use the CCS compiler for Microchip PIC
microcontrollers. Any questions on the Eval board should be
asked to the Tech Support on the the analog.com website.
