setup_adc() help with selecting clock source

Hi guys can you please tell me how to select proper clock source parameter for function setup_adc() ?

There are lot of options like 0.2us, 0.8 us internal in pic c wizard but I have no idea which to select.

I use 16F876A with 4MHz crystal and CCS C V4.084.

The real source, is the _chips data sheet_....
Table 11-1.
The second line down the table (maximum device frequency 5MHz).
