Not really, the rules apply to the _code_ forum, not here...
This is one of the forums, where 'asking for help' is expected, but _help_, not 'write it for me'...

Starting by using the forum search might be a better beginning.
There are many threads about controlling a stepper.

Have a look at:
http://www.ccsinfo.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=32864&highlight=stepper+motor

Which is about a very similar requirement, stepping a number of steps, on a four pole motor.

You will only be able to drive a motor quite slowly with a simple drive like this.

Best Wishes

It was in the code forum and got moved to the general forum.
But as you stated, there are quite a few posts on controlling motors using the search function.
