Hello,
Am using pic18f2331, while am writing my code in mplab, and defining the microcontroller using:
#include<18f2331.h>
the compiler gives the following error :

*** Error 24 "C:\Program Files (x86)\PICC\devices\18F2331.H" Line 2(9,19): Unknown device type -- Try PCH
1 Errors,
what should i do to fix this error?

1. Make sure you actually have the full PCH compiler installed on your
system. (The CCS demo only supports a few PICs - don't use the demo
as a general purpose compiler. Get the real compiler).

and how to create an MPLAB project:
