how to control #INT_EXT while delaying

Hi,

Is it possible to control external interrupt while delaying ?
I was trying some codes but I haven't been successful yet.

This post has sample code which shows how to use two #use delay()
statements to prevent interrupts from being disabled while inside a
delay_xx() function:
