stdio, problem with scanf and fflush

Hi, I try to use scanf and fflush and I get an undefined identifier, I did include stdio.h but it doesn't seem to have very much functions in it.

I tried using another stdio.h with all the functions I need but I get tons of errors.

What am I doing wrong , just want to use a simple fscanf.

I am using a PIC18 Explorer board with a 18f8722.

You can't just drop ANSI code into CCS. There are many differences.
If you want to do that, you probably should try Microchip C18.
