Help with GPS program

Hello friends, PLEASEEE HELP MEEE!! I have a similar problem, the code does not work. I don't think its wrong, but they use other gps different to mine. I want to get the latitude and longitude and compare them with others that I have. I use the Laipac PG11:

and I'm using the same pic, but nothing happens. I use some flags to see what is wrong and cTimeOut function is not fulfilled, help!!
