How to create this program?? HEEELP With lights and switches

I need to create a CCS C code where I have 4 switches and 4 lights with an LCD screen.

I want each light to represent each switch.

When time starts (e.g. by a switch or something) I want one of the 4 lights to light up (random).

Whichever switch that represents must then be pressed/activated/moved so that light then goes off and another (random) light then lights up etc.

This needs to happen for 60 seconds and then at the end of the 60 seconds I need the score (amount of switches pressed) to display on the screen for about 20 seconds and then disappear so the game is ready to begin again.

PLEAAAASE help

Which micro-controller do you intend to use for the project ??
Have you designed the hardware ??
