controlling of duty cycle with IR remote controller

I want controlling of duty cycle which is out of pic 16f877 with IR remote controller. Example: when I pushed 1, duty cycle will be %10, when I pushed 2, duty cycle will be %20. (Philips RC5 protocol or Sony 12-bit protocol (SIRC)). How can I do it ? I need your ideas or codes. Thanks.
