USB Device Not Recognized For ICD2 After Install CCSLOAD

Hi for all
I have a big problem! Yesterday i download CCSLOAD and install after installation ICD2 programmer does not work! When i plug to USB port this message will appear "USB Device Not Recognized" I try to recover windows but not any thing change!
Please Help Me Sad

download the driver and install

you mush install usb driver for your ICD..click below url to download the driver.

Thank for answer me. I already do it but nothing change! I try to plug programmer on other 2 PCs but does not it work and see " USB Device ..." Crying or Very sad

CCSLoad is used to control the CCS ICD programmer/debuggers.

ICD2 is a Microchip programmer/debugger. It is controlled by MPLAB.
The drivers for ICD2 are installed when MPLAB is installed. ICD2 looks like this:

Do you really have an ICD2 ?

Thanks for reply. I did all the work but no changes were obtained. I think PIC18F4550 of ICD2 has a problem so gave it to serviceman
