I found a link to download a PDF file covering Hitachi LCD Driver/Controller chips. This is not a datasheet for a single chip, but rather a 1500+ page resource which covers a large variety (if not all, at print time) of Hitachi's driver/controller chips.

You can search for the datasheet on just about *any* given chip at the top of the page, also... it's a great resource.
