I want the details to interface the SLE4428 to PIC.
If anybody have an Idea please reply me
Am using PIC16F877A
I am getting the ATR() correctly but
Iam unable to read the data from memory.

The Siemens SLE4428 is an old design (1992) 1kbyte memory card claiming to be compatible to the ISO standard 7816 (synchronous transmission) for Smart Cards.

I don't have a ready made program for you, but the protocol is easy so it shouldn't be too difficult to write your own program.

What frequency are you using for the clock signal? Typical frequency should be 20kHz for this card.

Thanks for ur reply.

I am using the 20K xtal.
I got the ATR() but I am unable to read data from memory
before verifying PSC(). Of course it is readable before PSC().
If u have any reading sub-routine please send me the details.

Hi all I am getting the ATR as 92231091.
but I am unable to read the card.
If anybody worked on this please help me with the sample code.
