MPLAB IDE with CCS ICD-S40 programmer

Hi there,

I have a CCS ICD-S40 programmer and prototype developer board rev 5. I would like to program a PIC16f877 and I would like to use MPLAB IDE software as I have experience using this software in the past. Does anyone know how I can you use this software with this programmer? I think I used to have a firmware download to be able to use the programmer with MPLAB IDE but I can't seem to find it anywhere and I can't remember how I got it. If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it. Thanks
