USB connect to mobile phone?

Normaly PIC is interfaced to a Master device like a PC, but is it possible to connect a PIC USB to a mobile phone USB.

Not directly with most PICs.
There are a couple of the newer high end PICs that support USB 'OTG', that can do this. So devices like the PIC24J64G108. Alternatively, you can use a device like the FTDI 'Vinculum' controller, and a more basic PIC.
