Anyone can send me this header file? I can't find this header file in my PICC directory.

Thank you.

Do a search on the forum.
If your compiler supports the chip, you will have the header. If it is not present, your compiler does not support the chip, and adding the header, _won't add support_.
You need to upgrade the compiler to get support.

actually i have the PICkit2 which come with 16F887.
but now i need to switch to 18F4620 due to the ROM size.
I found that 18F4620 SDK also using the PICkit 2.
So i hope that somebody can provide me the header file so that i can using that header file to test whether it compatible or not.

thanks

You are missing the point.
All the header is, is a text file. You can generate one yourself, by copying values from ones for a similar chip. If your compiler supports the chip, you can compile code for it, without this header. If however, the compiler you have, does not support the chip, adding the header does nothing.
To add support for the 18 chip, required the _PCH_ compiler. You only have the PCM compiler.
People can't send you the headers anyway. They are copyrighted.
If your compiler has it 'missing', then ask CCS, but what you have bought, is _not_ the PIC18 version of either the hardware or the software, which is why this file is not there.

Best Wishes
