eolesyserror in module PCW.exe

I run PCW 4.023 on Windows XP sp3, It work fine, until days ago.

"eolesyserror in module PCW.exe" appear when I try to run PCW,
I think maybe something wrong about registry.

Can anyone help me?

Google it. It's a Delphi error. CCS uses Delphi to make their IDE.
Here's a typical FAQ on it. If the suggested solution doesn't work
then Google for more possible solutions:

I had tried this, but nothing happen

If run "Registry Purify" to delete all unnecessary reg. The pcw work fine for a while, but after reboot, "eolesyserror" again
