need help in interfacing LPC9401............

Hi,
I am trying to interface a EEPORM AT25256w with LPC9401 controller but the data is not getting transfered. In lpc9401 I am using internal clock but that itself not being generated correctly.

plzz help.

This forum is about using the CCS C compiler with Microchip PIC
microcontrollers, not the NXP LPC9401.
