Hi all.
I found on this forum good example how to work with ds18b20. http://www.ccsinfo.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19255
But I can't see code for alarm search. Does anyone have any ideas ?

what type of alarm is connect in your project? or give full project details..

As you know, DS18B20 have command- ALARM Search (ECh). In datasheets I see that for alarm search procedure, I can use search procedure(FindDevice()). But when I try use it, I can't see any device.

I don't use this option before. I read full datasheet and give some idea to you.
