| "Warning: No configuration words in hex file" |

After compiling the program, when I try importing the generated hex file with PICkit2 I always get the message : "Warning: No Configuration words in hex file. In MPLAB use File-Export to save hex with config"
Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it ? |

Nevermind,,
I just realized that the device type has been changed for some reason..
The warning message is no longer displayed now |

Also, as a comment, put your 'includes', except for the processor one, after the delay, and #use RS232 statements (if present).
Basically, the latter depends on the former, and anything that depends on delay timings, and RS232, should have the statements present _before_ being included, or you may get unexpected results....
