The sx14q001-zza doesn't have a built-in controller chip.
See this list:
http://www.hitachi-displays-eu.com/productb/colour3.asp

You can find more information by doing a web search for some of
the signal names in the sx14q001-zza data sheet. Here are keywords
for searching with http://www.google.com
Quote:
FLM CL1 CL2 -patent

or search for C source code:
Quote:
FLM CL1 CL2 int char driver -patent

Examples of Google results that explain the FLM, CL1, CL2 signals:
http://www.trash.net/~luethi/microchip/datasheets/lcd/lcdprinciples.pdf
http://www.ing.umu.se/~da99jbd/thesis.pdf
http://www.rabbit.com/documentation/docs/refs/TN108.pdf

Or search for controller chips with this search string:
Quote:
FLM CL1 CL2 controller

I hope this helps. I don't want to select a driver chip for you, and I also
don't want to write a driver for you. I only wanted to help you search
for information.

Are you interested in selling one of those displays? I have a broken pcr machine that uses the same display, and i would be willing to purchase one for a decent price. If so contact me at my username
