PWM PIC18f4550 doubt

It's possible to make with pwm output (P1A P1B P1C P1D) work separately?
Like I want a duty of 256 on P1A another on P1C etc....

Not with the 18F4550. See this thread and the link in it.

No.
Look at figure 16.1 in the data sheet. Multiple outputs, but only one timing generator.
