best practices for LCD FLEX etc display in Nibble mode

any comments on best practice for dealing with
D0-3 ( unused lines ) on LCD modules when used in 4bit Nibble mode ?

Ground 'em or or let em float ? ( other ??)

Look at the schematic on the bottom of page 54 in the HD44780 data
sheet. The data bus pins have a weak pull-up on them. You don't have
to do anything with the unused pins. Leave them unconnected.
