Easy way to do a Bluetooth communication?

I want to communicate a PIC with a cellphone or another PIC through bluetooth, and i'd like to know what is the easy way to do it.

If it's possible i'd prefer not to deal with the bluetooth protocol, so i'd like to do it as a simple serial communication.

I've searched a lot in the forum and i've found this devices:

It seems to work well, but i'm not sure, because i have't found many people who has tried it.

I've also found the ToothPic, they seems to have solved the problem quite well, but it's more expensive.
