Vista 32 and Read Only problems in AppData/Roaming?

I have installed (with admin rights) the IDE on a new Vista 32 machine. It installs fine, runs fine for some random amount of days (3 or 4) then it won't run anymore. It says

"File is marked as read only, should I mark it for write"

If you say yes, it doesn't work. If you say no the IDE opens fine and compiles/debugs as normal.

I have found that if I change the User/AppData/Roaming/Project directory to clear the read only flag before I run the IDE it will start without the error.

Anybody else see this?
