Greetings

Using PIC16F628A, I got that error message? But no problem when I tried to build the ex_bootloader.c example.

Thanks for your insight.

The 16F628A doesn't support writing to flash memory under program
control. Not all PICs have this ability. You can't do a bootloader for this
PIC. That's why you get the error message.
