Hello, I do return your coupon marked $15 off your next Purchase (for your survey). For your information, I do not want USB Flash Driver from you neither any coupon... I would take your survery without any present from you. I have no problem. But it is a bad joke from you with coupon for next purchase expires in next 10 days...

It sounds like you should send this to CCS itself, not this user forum. CCS staff do occasionally read this forum, but not on a regular basis. Try emailing to support@ccsinfo.com.
