Hi

How can I write a PIC EEPROM, in the device programming?

Depends on the PIC.
Generally, for _16_ devices:

#ROM 0x2100 = {data here}

For _18_ devices:

#ROM 0xF00000 = {data here}

A search here should have found this. The actual addresses are in the _programming specification_ for the PIC involved.

And how I figure out the first EEPROM adress of my PIC?
I search the datasheet but couldn't find...

eeprom address, and how to find the document that tells it.
