Embedded Control and Applications - ADC and timer(StopWatch)

Hi friends out there,

I would like to ask for a favour as I'm not very sure regarding this two topics.

Firstly, I would like to ask is there any codes out there for Stop Watch with just Minutes and Seconds
eg.
00:00 running to 59:59 than reset back to the first condition.

Lastly, I would like to ask for any codes out there for ADC to do, Write Analog to digital conversion (ADC) program using AN0. AN0 represents Analog Input from the target board of P18F4520.h for both question i need help.

It requires C programming.. Thank you for answering if possible and if need to send any codes, please send it to benlovedrumming@hotmail.com
