pic16F628A and special header for debugging

Hello,

I'm using the 16F628A in a project and am programming it with the ICD-U40.

When connecting the debugger it shows a message saying that I need a special 16f628a header file. Does anybody have any idea what this is and where I can find it.

I've searched the microchip site and come up with zilch.

Choose your header from this document. See page 4 and page 2.
