Dspic configuration fuses
PostPosted: Wed Nov 19, 2008 4:16 pm     Reply with quote

Hello,

Can somebody give me an example of a how to use the fuses on a dspic33fj ? For example to make it use internal FRC.

Also do I need to disable any peripherals in order to get IO function on the pins?

I found it!

The problem is not the fuses. It is the wrong register associations!
Wake UP CCS!!! TRISB = 02C8 and NOT 02C6

I wasted 3 days just to turn on a LED. Idiots!

Georpo,
I believe I am experiencing the same problem with a dsPIC33F, trying to read PORT B (16 bits). It is always zero even when I measure different with a scope. It sounds like a TRIS B problem.

Where is it that you 'fix' the CCS register associations in the PCD?
Thanks in advance.
