Help with snmp server

Hello,
I have to write a snmp agent running on a picdem.net, using CCS.
The board has both the single-chip Ethernet PIC18F97J60 and the ENC28J60.
I've tried the porting from microchip picdem examples, but is too complicated for me, because the smnp library calls a lot of others libraries.
I need to read a temperature and four analogs values and send them to a remote client.
Anyone has some link/help to give me a working start ?
