Hello!
I have a PCWH compiler version 3.178 and would really like to use the 16F887, however, my compiler does not have a *.h for that chip. Does anyone have an idea on

We're to believe that you and coderchick just happen to ask the identical
question within a few minutes of each other. vdsvs == coderchick ?
Do you have the IDE version of the compiler ? (PCW, PCWH, or PCWHD)
If so, you may be able to add limited support for the 16F887 with the
Device Editor. See this thread. Read the link at the end of the thread:

Haha, that's funny. I'm coderchick and I have the PCWH compiler version 3.245, with the IDE, PCB, PCM, and PCH all of the same version. Thanks for the link. It references a slightly newer version than mine, but it hopefully it'll work. I'll reply back with a success or fail. _________________ KMoe
